It all began when I was expecting my second child.

I had been back home visiting family for a few months and stocked up on things that I couldn't get back in NZ.

One of those things where moccasins, which me and my sister grew up wearing as children, so I knew these where a must for my children as well.

My then little girl Ebba was wearing her moccasins every where. Loads of comments were made and questions were asked where they could buy some from.

This triggered alot of thought process which over a few years grew to a small business Minimox.

I wanted to create a different type of moccasin something that was unique to New Zealand.

Our moccasins are different from the traditional moccasins in that we only use natural materials.

The sock is made from merino wool the sole from durable nappa leather and surrounding leather is soft sheepskin leather.

We believe in our Minimox and love to see them on babies feet. Here are just a few comments we have had from parents and grandparents...
